While our workshops have specific descriptions, modifications can be made to personalize it to your company's needs or for a consortium of companies. While some workshops focus on awareness and/or knowledge, most workshops are designed to emphasize application. Why? Because application helps create business excellence, pinpoints underlying causes of complex problems, and helps avoid “road blocks” that can drain your improvement efforts of momentum and valuable resources.
