We have used TQA in many different applications throughout the last number of years. Most recently Gary facilitated a strategic planning initiative. His guidance brought a practical and effective understanding to the strategic process which provided us a clear roadmap for management. The establishment of Key Performance Indicators has been an invaluable tool to drive business success.

Working with Gary Nader can be described as a cross between building an exquisite machine and riding a hurricane. He has the expertise of a master craftsman and the energy level of a herd of mustangs. I had the pleasure of working with him on a business process improvement project which cut overtime by 48% while reducing service backlog by 57% at the contact center of a world class publication.  Also, 90% of previously unprocessible checks were able to be processed as a result of this project. The project involved 6 departments, 12 teams of cross functional members, and a total of 72 employees. The project won an award for “most impressive results” at the Regional Quality Excellence Conference.

Mr. Nader opened our minds with his tutorials and his numerous coaching sessions. He communicated effectively with everyone from front line staff to executive team members.
